New adventure park for the Sunshine Coast

14 May 2021

A new tourism attraction at the Big Pineapple is tipped to become a favourite holiday playground for families visiting the Sunshine Coast.

The new TreeTop Junior Adventure Park for children aged three to 10 years old is the biggest of its kind in Australia with 50 challenges for energetic kids to conquer.

The junior adventure park received $500,000 from the Queensland Government’s Growing Tourism Infrastructure Fund and is one of three Sunshine Coast attractions, including Aussie World and Bellingham Maze, to have shared $1.85 million in Queensland Government support to bring more visitors to the region.

The TreeTop Junior Adventure Park opens at 9am and closes at 5pm each day and features five courses that move young adventurers through the rainforest via rope bridges, flying foxes, swings and jumps.

TreeTop Challenge also operates adventure parks on the Gold Coast–Scenic Rim. For more information on TreeTop adventure experiences, please visit www.treetopchallenge.com.au/sunshine-coast-adventure.
