Fresh round of Young Tourism Leaders announced

This year’s cohort of 28 leaders are located right across the state, from the border to the Far North and Outback.

As advocates of the industry, the leaders will share the stories of their career journey and promote careers in the industry with their peers.

The program promotes the diverse, exciting careers tourism has to offer to school, TAFE and university students.

Since its inception in 2017, over 70 Young Tourism Leaders have attended 300 speaking engagements across Queensland, engaging with 27 300 students.
