Time to pump it up in Cardwell
More Cardwell locals will be trying out their skills and speed at the new Cardwell Pump Track, just in time for the school holidays.
The Cassowary Coast Regional Council opened their new 170-metre track today with the support of the Queensland Government, funded through the Federal Government.
As the first track in the region, it will be a popular destination for keen BMX, mountain bike and scooter riders, as well as skateboarders.
Built by World Trails, the Cardwell Pump Track is a great facility for riders to practice and perfect their skills in anticipation for the opening of the Cardwell Tropical Mountain Bike Trail Project.
