Amazing new experiences on the Sunshine Coast
Amaze World (formerly known as Bellingham Maze) has officially opened their revamped facilities on the Sunshine Coast through the support of the Queensland Government.
Through an investment of $590,000 from the Growing Tourism Infrastructure Fund, Amaze World added a new augmented reality experiences for guests, a new sun-sheltered kids maze, nature playground and water play, as well as a new observation deck, pavilion and amenities.
Amaze World’s fun, puzzling and enchanted theme is set to continue within its digital augmented reality experiences where visitors can search for missing enchanted characters and their missing items on a digital hunt.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the new facilities were predicated to lift visitation by 25,000 people per year and provide an additional $850,000 in visitor expenditure.
