New $50 million prestigious hotel to open in 2024

Brisbane today marked the start of the development of its newest full-service hotel with the ground-breaking of a $50 million property to be operated by leading US-hotel chain Hilton.
The 129-room Hilton Garden Inn at Spring Hill, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024, is set to provide 100 construction jobs and 45 operational jobs.
The Spring Hill property will lift Hilton’s Brisbane properties to two and five in the state.
And the decision to proceed is timely given the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games is less than a decade away.
