More services for Air New Zealand from Auckland to the Gold Coast

The Air New Zealand decision, which will lift services to nine per week between March to October, is another success for the State Government and aviation industry’s $200 million Attracting Aviation Investment Fund.

New Zealand is currently Queensland’s and the Gold Coast’s number one international visitor market.

And it is estimated the extended service will land 21,000 Kiwis on the Gold Coast, contribute almost $28 million a year and provide 270 Queensland jobs to the visitor economy.
