Campgrounds upgrades

Project overview

Quandamooka Yoolooburrabee Aboriginal Corporation (QYAC) has been leading extensive upgrades to campgrounds managed by Minjerribah Camping.

At Bradburys Beach, six luxurious eco-island family tents with private decks, kitchenettes, ensuites and air-conditioning have been installed among newly landscaped gardens. One of these tents has been specially designed to cater for people with disabilities.

At Cylinder Beach, 3 new eco-island family tents that utilise communal kitchen facilities have also been installed.

At Home Beach, a purpose built outdoor education facility has been built to share with children the beauty of Quandamooka culture and country.
