Indigenous tucker experience
The restaurant on Flagstaff Hill in the Bowen Region will be redeveloped after it was damaged during ex-Tropical Cyclone Debbie in 2017.
With recovery funding support, the project will deliver a new tourism venue that will support Indigenous tourism activities, festivals, cooking classes, and farmers markets.
The Bush Tucker Trail and Paddock to Plate experiences will showcase the area’s natural beauty and local produce, as well as the local Indigenous heritage and culture.
